Who can I turn to for help
once I'm travelling?
We support our customers at every stage of their
travel. If you have a query or problem with any
travel you've booked with the Online Travel Company
(one that can't be resolved by local hotel/airline/car
hire staff) just get in touch with us by phone,
fax or e-mail.
What if I need to call on my travel insurance?
If you've booked
your travel insurance with OTC, call +44 1234 776255. This is a 24-hour
helpline.
What if I need to contact a local embassy for help?
If you have
access to the Internet on your travels, a Web site such as embassyworld.com can give you
the contact details of every embassy, high commission and consulate in the
world. Organised travellers will tell you it's a good idea to jot down the
address and phone number of the relevant local embassy before departing on your
trip.
Alternatively, in emergencies, you can always phone, fax or e-mail OTC and
we'll do whatever we can to help.
